From curiosity to leadership, Giulia Prospero’s journey shows how Belvo transforms potential into real opportunity. In an environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and accelerated growth, she evolved from intern to Customer Success Manager in a short time, proving that when talent, trust, and culture come together, careers gain both speed and purpose.
We all have that story that begins with a timid first step, a bet on our own curiosity, and a genuine desire to make things happen. At Belvo, this is exactly the kind of energy that drives us, and transforms careers. Here, we believe that when we give each person space to be the protagonist of their own journey, growth stops being linear and becomes extraordinary.
Giulia Prospero’s trajectory, which began as a Customer Success intern and has led to her current role as a Customer Success Manager, is one of those inspiring examples. Her evolution reflects not only her talent and determination but also the culture we cultivate: an environment where potential is valued before experience, where the desire to learn matters as much as technical knowledge, and where people with natural shine find room to shine even brighter.
At 20, Giulia took her first steps into the job market through her university’s junior enterprise, where she began developing her curiosity about customer behavior and her skill for attentive listening. At 22, she moved on to a strategic consulting internship, deepening her analytical vision and her ability to understand business models. At 23, she joined Belvo, and now, at 24, she carries this entire journey as the foundation of the thoughtful, creative, and innovative perspective she brings to her current role. Each step, even in different areas, helped shape the professional she is today.
Outside of work, her ways of reconnecting with herself and the world include her passion for cinema and wakeboarding. Giulia also believes that beyond sports, being close to nature is essential for maintaining her balance, it’s where she recharges her energy, organizes her thoughts, and finds the lightness that follows her daily.

Why join Belvo?
The curiosity for something more dynamic and tech-driven led Giulia to Belvo. Freshly back from an exchange program, she was looking for an environment that offered the level of innovation she considered essential for her professional growth, especially given the new demands of the market and the speed at which the tech world evolves.
“I found Belvo on LinkedIn and applied without great expectations, because most traditional companies still demand an enormous amount of experience for internship roles, as if that mattered more than curiosity and willingness to learn. That always frustrated me because I knew how much I wanted to grow, but doors weren’t always open. At Belvo, it was different. They saw what many companies ignore: my proactivity, my curiosity, and my genuine desire to learn. When I saw ‘proactivity’ among the requirements, I realized this was a place for someone who wanted more than just completing tasks, someone who wanted to make things happen.”
Why choose Customer Success?
Before imagining that she would build her career in Customer Success, Giulia was still exploring her place in the job market. But it was during that phase—guided by curiosity and the desire to work directly with people, that she discovered the area that would change her trajectory.
The Customer Success team caught her attention for combining exactly what motivated her: human relationships, strategic vision, and deep product understanding. It was a mix that awakened her analytical side while strengthening her desire to directly impact customer experience.
When she arrived for her interview, nervousness was inevitable, but short-lived. She fondly remembers her conversation with her future manager, Thiago Quartarollo, who quickly broke the ice and turned the initial tension into ease.
“The impression was something different and technological. Everyone was welcoming and understanding of the learning process. I felt truly supported, with the message: ‘Relax, it will take some time to understand everything, and that’s okay.’ There was a real desire for change and constant growth.”
That first contact left a deep mark on Giulia. She immediately felt that the opportunity was more than a role, it was a safe, open path full of possibilities. A place where questions are not seen as weaknesses, but as natural steps for anyone who is learning. And it was exactly in this environment of support and ambition that her growth began taking shape.
Support and leadership at Belvo
At Belvo, interns are leaders, not assistants. Giulia quickly realized there was room to take on responsibilities and handle high-impact tasks.
Her role evolved rapidly: she began dealing with urgent situations, understanding customer pain points, taking charge of contract negotiations, and helping with delinquent customer follow-ups, always supported by her team.
“Belvo gave me space to take on increasingly important responsibilities, both in meetings and in decision-making. My growth didn’t happen in one specific moment. I realized I was ready when I naturally started leading interactions with my clients (always with great support) and wasn’t performing an assistant role anymore, but a leadership one.”
Her growth was shaped by transparency. Clear communication with her manager and proximity to leadership helped her learn quickly, making her transition to CSM smooth and organic.
A culture of trust and collaboration
When asked what made such fast growth possible, Giulia highlights the team’s culture:
“The culture is rooted in trust, collaboration, and partnership, nothing like a competitive environment. The team spirit is ‘we’re all in the same boat.’ The environment is agile and adaptable, and proactivity and curiosity are always encouraged.”
One of the moments that impacted her most was Belvolution, an event that blends strategic company results and transparent access to data with close team-building experiences like baking cookies and burgers, connecting the analytical with the human.
Leaving her mark and looking ahead
The transition to CSM aligns perfectly with Giulia’s professional goals. What excites her most is the freedom and challenge of the role:
“What excites me most is the freedom to build strategies together with my clients, depending on their use case. There are so many interesting possibilities for using Belvo’s products, and creativity is highly encouraged here, especially in CS.”
Her next goals are clear: to build strategies and partnerships that generate growth where all parties benefit, while gaining even more confidence in her ability to make decisions naturally.
Giulia’s story is a powerful example of how Belvo nurtures internal growth, values each person’s potential, and creates an environment where it’s safe to try, learn, and achieve accelerated professional development.
