The virtual event powered by Belvo will take place between the 18th and 19th of May and will gather the most relevant voices from the open finance ecosystem.
The Open Views 22 conference’s first edition will bring together representatives from the open finance and fintech ecosystems across the globe to discuss how new data-sharing models are reshaping the financial sector in Latin America.
Fintech startups, financial institutions, regulators, VC funds, and other relevant players in the open finance community will join the stage for a two-day virtual event where they’ll share their views on the challenges and opportunities of the new wave of financial innovation that’s taking place in the region, with a special focus on Brazil and Mexico.
The events’ panels will address topics like regulatory trends, alternative data and new lending models, new payments systems and PIX in Brazil, the role of gig economy players in the fintech ecosystem, the rise of neobanks, and the importance of trust when building new solutions on top of open finance.
“Regulatory tailwinds, unprecedented fintech funding, and the emergence of new financial infrastructures in Latin America are turning the region into a growing source of opportunities for financial innovators. We want to bring together all the players involved in these dynamics to hear their success stories first-hand and to discuss what are the biggest challenges to overcome to continue enabling the growth of new business models through financial data”Pablo Viguera, Belvo’s co-founder and co-CEO
